She is very knowledgeable and always makes sure to know if there are any areas that you need more work on or are hurting. She has an incredible touch and applies the level of pressure that you are comfortable with. She uses hot stones and does cupping if you wish to try it and very proficient with or without these enhancements.

Amy is obviously really good in her technique an expertise in massage therapy. Instructions after the massage is always helpful.

Amy was awesome!! She applied the appropriate amount of pressure where needed. She focused the right amount of time in the areas I mentioned before the session. I felt amazing after I left! Hands down best massage ever!! I definitely have found my go to girl for massages!
